What kind of files can I upload?
PDFs up to 20 MB. Most vendor quotes arrive as PDFs, so that covers the vast majority of cases. The AI extracts line items even from scanned or image-heavy documents.
How accurate is the AI extraction?
Very good for standard quote formats. You can always edit extracted items manually or add your own line items from scratch. The AI saves time — you stay in control.
Can I track costs with my partner?
Yes. Invite your partner as a co-organiser and they'll have full access to the cost tracker, including uploading quotes and toggling items.
Is there a limit on how many offers I can add?
No limit. Add as many vendor offers as you're comparing — the total updates in real time as you include or exclude items.
